What's included on the free plan?
Both the Sales Suite and Marketing Suite have free tiers with generous limits. Roaster Tools (inventory, roast log, cupping, calculators) are free on every plan. You only pay when you need more capacity.
Are there transaction fees on paid plans?
No. The 5% Ghost Roastery fee only applies on the free Sales Suite tier. All paid plans charge 0% — you only pay Stripe's standard processing fee (1.5% + 20p).
How much is the Website Builder?
£14–19/month depending on your plan. Unlimited pages, custom domain, SSL included, and drag-and-drop builder. No per-page charges.
Is the Marketing Suite required?
No. The Marketing Suite is an optional add-on. You can use the Sales Suite and Roaster Tools without it. The free marketing tier is always included.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. No lock-in contracts. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months — roughly 17% off. Switch between monthly and annual at any time.
